BEL AIR INVESTMENT ADVISORS – FINANCIAL ANALYST WINTER/SPRING ’26Responsibilities
The analyst is responsible for supporting his/her teams with client/prospect presentation materials, reports, and more. The following is a list of specific responsibilities:
- Constructing financial models, preparing standard presentation materials, and producing customized analysis/presentations for complicated account structures.
- Understanding, researching, and providing information to Advisors regarding prospects and clients’ current portfolio structure and investments.
- Creating and producing multi-manager performance reports.
- Researching and providing information regarding products such as mutual funds, separate accounts, and alternative investments.
- Reallocating client portfolios and interfacing with operations and product teams to reflect advisor decisions in client portfolios.
- Gaining knowledge and understanding of processes and operational procedures related to client investing.
- Creating and/or updating marketing materials for the firm (e.g., proprietary strategies, multi-manager, stock market balance sheet, index returns page, pitch book materials).
- Constructing risk-reward analyses, running Monte Carlo simulations, and performing manager performance analyses on Morningstar Direct.
- Completing Special/Firm projects as assigned (e.g., research manager returns, committee support, staff meeting support, etc.).
- Achieving complete knowledge and understanding of the markets, investment strategies offered at the Firm, and more.
- Understanding of principles, practices, and regulatory requirements of the Firm.
