About Whole Child Therapy

Whole Child Therapy emerged from a vision shared by husband-and-wife occupational therapists Dennis and Ina Necesito, who recognized an opportunity to create something unique – a practice that truly sees and treats each child as a whole person, not just a collection of symptoms.

Our Growth Story: Starting with just 700 square feet in Claremont in 2018, we've grown into a thriving practice with two locations, serving families through both outpatient clinics and school partnerships. Our commitment to holistic treatment and family‑centered care has resonated throughout the community, leading to steady growth through five‑star reviews and word‑of‑mouth referrals.

What Sets Us Apart
  • Whole-Child Approach: Our neurodiversity‑affirming philosophy builds on each child's unique strengths and addresses their needs within their complete life context, not just isolated therapy goals
  • Therapist‑Owned & Operated: Led by clinicians who understand the profession and prioritize both exceptional client care and creating an environment where our team flourishes
  • Collaborative Environment: Our multidisciplinary team works together, fostering a culture of support and shared expertise
  • Dual Setting Options: Flexibility to work in our outpatient clinics or school‑based settings
  • Proven Track Record: 500+ weekly clinic sessions plus extensive school partnerships demonstrate our community impact and stability

Our Services: We specialize in pediatric occupational therapy, speech therapy, feeding therapy, assistive technology, AAC services, and social skills programs, partnering with school districts, charter schools, and non‑public schools throughout the region.
