• Administer medications and provide routine daily nursing care based on residents’ plans of care.
• Observe and communicate residents’ condition to the Nurse Supervisor (RN), Director of Nursing, or physician as needed.
• Mentor and model professional nursing practices for neighborhood/household staff.
• Promote a person-centered, resident-directed culture in alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Support team learning, safety, and quality care initiatives.
• Advocate for residents’ preferences, comfort, and well-being.

• Current California LVN license and CPR certification.
• 3–5 years of experience in skilled nursing or retirement/assisted living preferred.
• Knowledge of Title XXII and OBRA regulations.
• Compassionate, professional, and flexible for on-call shifts.
