At Valley Regional Hospital, patients are the center of our coordinated care system and right now we have an opening for a Medical Imager/X-ray/CT to join our team.

• Prep and screen patients appropriately for imaging procedures.
• Produce diagnostic images of parts of the human body for use in diagnosing medical problems.
• Explain and perform radiologic procedures with consideration to the level of understanding and age appropriateness of the patient.
• Able to assess patient pain interfering with imaging procedures and make appropriate physician contact for intervention.
• Performs all aspects of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/healthcare errors.

• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists – Currently Registered – Radiography, and CT
• Bachelor of Science degree is preferred, but not required.
• Current compliance with continuing education credit requirements.
• Current BCLS certification.
• 2 years of experience preferred.

• Min: $30.70
• Max: $47.58
