Job Title: Radiologic Technologist - Mammography

Requirements:

Education:

Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program.

Certification:
Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in Mammography.

• Experience:
  
  At least 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist with a focus on mammography.
• Skills:
  
  Proficient in operating mammography equipment, patient positioning, and providing a comfortable and reassuring experience for patients undergoing mammographic procedures.
• Communication:
  Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and colleagues.
• Attention to Detail:
  The ability to ensure the accuracy of imaging and maintain detailed patient records.
• Safety:
  Adherence to safety protocols and radiation protection guidelines.

Certification Requirements: Candidates for this position must possess a valid and current ARRT certification in Mammography.

State License Requirements: A valid state license to practice as a Radiologic Technologist within the state where the facility is located is required.

Additional License Requirements: Additional licensing, if required by state regulations, must be obtained and maintained by the candidate.
