• Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy interventions to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities.
• Provide education and training to patients and caregivers to promote independence.
• Collaborate with peers, refer for additional services, and coordinate with the rehabilitation team.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient documentation.

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of eligibility.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or a related field, or a Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• For degrees earned outside the U.S., equivalent evaluation to a U.S. Physical Therapy degree.

Posted Salary Range: USD $41.00 - $45.00 /hr.
