- Shift: Varied 8-hour shifts; weekends (days 7am-3pm & evenings 3pm-11pm), weekdays as needed

Part of shift rotation - Estimated Weekly Salary: $1430-$1530
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of New Hampshire
- BLS certification (AHA) required
- IV certification or willingness to obtain during onboarding
- COVID-19 vaccination required (no declinations/exemptions accepted)
- Minimum 3 years of recent LPN experience (within the last 6 months)
- Ability to float to units where experienced
- Previous travel nurse and rural/small facility experience highly preferred
- Reliable transportation required (rural location with limited public transit and housing)
- Local candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible
- Application must include resume, recent skills checklist (within last year), 2 supervisory references from the past 2 years, active certifications, and active LPN license
- Continuously observe residents and promptly report changes in mental and physical well-being
- Provide detailed resident status reports during shift changes
- Transcribe and carry out physician orders accurately
- Administer medications and treatments; document via electronic MARs/TARs
- Order and maintain pharmaceuticals for assigned units
- Supervise Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) per NH Board of Nursing requirements
- Assign and oversee nursing staff resident care; assist direct‑care staff as needed
- Accompany physicians on rounds and facilitate effective communication
- Administer oxygen, gastrostomy/jejunostomy feedings, and perform wound care
- Monitor appointments, therapy schedules, and activity boards
- Oversee infection control practices and ensure unit cleanliness
- Admit, discharge, and transfer residents; complete all required documentation
- Complete 24-hour reports, check new orders, and maintain communication with Nurse Manager/Supervisor
- Communicate with residents’ families regarding concerns, new orders, and consent
- Manage assigned unit(s) during shift under supervision
- Follow regulations for controlled medications and assist with staff orientation and education
- Evaluate nursing staff and recommend disciplinary action as necessary
