Travel Telemetry RN – Nights

Location: Claremont, NH (rural, small facility experience preferred)
Start Date: February 22, 2026
Duration: 13 weeks
Pay: $2,452 per week
Shift: Night Shift | 12-hour shifts | 36 hours/week
Weekend/Holiday Coverage: Every other weekend/holidays as required

Job Overview:
Seeking an experienced Telemetry RN for a travel assignment covering Med-Surg, Telemetry, and PCU. Candidate must be comfortable with all three specialties and able to work independently in a small, fast-paced unit.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care for newborn to geriatric patients
• Monitor and manage cardiac patients with telemetry
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Administer medications and treatments per protocol
• Document patient care accurately
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure safe and effective care
• Follow patient ratios: 5:1 for Med-Surg/Tele, 3-4:1 for higher acuity PCU patients

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in Med-Surg, Telemetry, and Progressive Care Unit
• Telemetry and cardiac monitoring experience required
• Basic dysrhythmia test completed
• Previous travel experience preferred
• Must have own vehicle
• New Hampshire RN license or Compact RN license
• Active BLS and ACLS (AHA)
• Able to work independently and “hit the ground running”
