JOB SUMMARY

Mikros Technologies, a Jabil Inc. company, is seeking an Inside Sales Associate who will be responsible for coordinating and administrating sales opportunities for Mikros Technologies. This role will serve as a laison between external and internal clients, Mikros Technologies Business, Engineering, and Manufacturing Teams, and Jabil Sales, Project Management, Manufacturing and Operations teams. This role will be onsite, in-person at Mikros Technologies office in Claremont, NH.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for responding to new client inquiries and cultivating strong business relationships
• Responsible for coordinating and occasionally leading customer engagement meetings
• Responsible for coordinating with Mikros Technologies and Jabil teams to qualify projects
• Responsible for timely communication and quoting of projects to clients
• Responsible for tracking and entering orders into sales software systems
• Assist with Mikros Technologies and Jabil marketing efforts and co-branding opportunities with clients.

• Ability to present complex technical topics understandably

• Strong prioritization skills and commitment to reliability

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (technical field preferred)
• Previous Sales or Client Engagement Experience strongly preferred
• Experience in a Technical Hardware field preferred
