This full‑time position works between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM.
As our Dispatcher - Customer Service Representative, you’ll become the heartbeat of our daily operations. You’ll start your day by greeting customers with enthusiasm, answering calls, making outbound calls to follow up on past‑due accounts and assist with collections, enrolling customers in memberships and maintenance agreements, explaining benefits and answering questions, and gathering important details to schedule jobs in our field management system.
You’ll coordinate with technicians, ensuring they have efficient schedules and rerouting them as needed throughout the day. When last‑minute changes arise, you’ll think fast and keep things running smoothly, making real‑time adjustments to maintain productivity. Staying organized within the system is key, as you’ll also handle various administrative tasks to keep everything on track. Above all, your reliability and dedication ensure that customers receive top‑notch service while technicians can focus on what they do best.

- High school diploma
- Ability to be trained in a complex field management system
- Strong verbal communication skills and confidence speaking with customers over the phone
- Friendly and kind attitude toward others
Experience in customer service is preferred but not required for this entry‑level role!
