Loan Compliance Specialist

RCB Bank, a trusted community bank since 1936, is seeking a Loan Compliance Specialist to support our branch network with on‑site compliance services.

• Oklahoma – Claremore, Oklahoma City
• Kansas – Arkansas City, Winfield

• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines.

• Prepare, review, and deliver required disclosures for Consumer Real Estate transactions.
• Review and report transactions subject to the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA).
• Assist front‑line staff regarding regulatory requirements, RCB Bank loan policy, and procedural questions.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or at least one year of banking experience.

• Previous experience in Consumer Real Estate and/or regulatory compliance.

The position is office‑based in a climate‑controlled facility that is high traffic during peak times. The role requires frequent use of a telephone and computer, and the employee will typically be seated for most of the day. Regular and reliable attendance is essential, and the schedule may vary.
