Join our dynamic Sales Engineering team within the Digital Experience CX organization, where we support two flagship product lines – Sitefinity (our CMS and DXP platform) and Dev Tools (including Telerik and Kendo UI). We work closely with Account Executives, Product Managers, and Marketing to deliver compelling technical value to prospects and customers. Our team thrives on collaboration, continuous learning, and cross‑functional engagement.
The Dev Tools SE supports pre‑sales efforts for the Developer Tools product line, including Telerik, Kendo UI, Fiddler, and Test Studio. The role emphasizes technical demos, discovery, partner enablement, and cross‑functional collaboration.
In this role, you will:- Deliver tailored product demos and proof‑of‑concepts for Sitefinity, adapting to customer use cases.
- Participate in discovery calls to understand customer requirements and document technical needs.
- Assist in crafting RFP responses and technical documentation with guidance from senior SEs.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to align messaging and demo strategy.
- Contribute to internal enablement materials such as demo scripts and onboarding guides.
- Engage in structured onboarding and cross‑training to build proficiency across both product lines.
- Represent Dev Tools at events and briefings.
- 2–5 years in Sales Engineering or technical consulting.
- Strong grasp of front‑end/back‑end technologies.
- Experience with JavaScript, .NET, debugging, and testing tools.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
