Job Description:
OverviewUnder the direction of the Director of Health Technical Services, is responsible for engineering the organization’s network & telephony environment. Performs initial installation, upgrades, troubleshoots, and makes modifications to network, cabling, and system peripherals.
Qualifications Health Network Analyst I- EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT Associate’s degree from 2-year college or technical school; or two years (60 credit hours) coursework from 4-year college or university; or three years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT An additional one year experience in a related field.
- COMPUTER SKILLS An individual should have knowledge of Design software;
Internet software;
Inventory software;
Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software. - CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Must possess a valid driver’s license with a driving history verified through a motor vehicle report that meets requirements for Cherokee Nation underwriting rating. Position will be required to travel across the 14 counties to all facilities within the organization.
- EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT Bachelor’s degree from 4-year college or university; or six years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT An additional three (3) years experience in a related field.
- COMPUTER SKILLS An individual should have knowledge of Design software;

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Must possess a valid Cisco Certification and maintain certification.
- Employee must not and will not be under sanction by the United States Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Inspector General (OIG) or by the General Services Administration (GSA) or listed on the OIG’s Cumulative Sanction Report, or the GSA’s List of Excluded Providers, or listed on the OIG’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear and taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
WORKENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
