Prairie Hill Farms Ltd. is a CFIA licensed food processing facility located 2.5 miles east of Picture Butte. We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team!

• Setting Objectives and Communicating them to Employees
• Organizing Workflow, Overseeing and Coaching Employees
• Operating Packaging and Filling Equipment
• Ensure the Safe use of Equipment and Schedule Regular Maintenance
• Check production Output and Submit Reports on Performance and Progress
• Identify issues in Efficiency and Suggest Improvements
• Train New employees on GMP and follow production procedures
• Understand and Implement Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) Systems
• Enforce Strict Safety and Quality Guidelines that meet Company Standards
• Maintain Production Records ensuring Accuracy and Validity of Information
• Monitor level of Supplies and handle Shortages
• Maintain Trusting Relationships with Suppliers, Customers and Colleagues

• 2 years’ Experience in a Similar Role within a Food Processing Facility
• Experience using Various types of Manufacturing Machinery and Tools
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills with the Ability to Lead a Team
• Excellent time Management and Multi-tasking Ability
• Meticulous Attention to Detail and Organization
• Self motivated with Ability to take Initiative and set up Systems & Processes
• Computer Competency with Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to Understand and Complete basic Calculations

• Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm with overtime as required (no weekends)
• $27 / hour
