• Safety and Compliance:
  Use PPE, implement safety procedures, identify hazards and incidents.
• Operational Tasks:
  Operate valves and instruments to adjust process parameters, make necessary adjustments for operational tolerances.
• Systematic:
  Investigate unusual process or mechanical situations, take or recommend corrective action.
• Competency and Training:
  Achieve and maintain competency in all operator functions, help train less experienced operators.

• Work Accuracy: Follow procedures.
• Analytical Reasoning: Evaluate solutions.
• Troubleshooting: Identify equipment issues.
