Position OverviewJoin a precision aerospace manufacturing team as a CNC Machinist I, where you’ll operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machines to produce high-tolerance components for the aerospace industry. The CNC Machinist I plays a vital role in the company’s performance in Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, and Attitude (QCDSA). This is a hands‑on position ideal for a detail-oriented professional eager to gain advanced machining experience in a clean, safety-focused environment

You’ll work alongside experienced machinists and engineers, gaining exposure to cutting‑edge equipment and precision machining practices used in aerospace component manufacturing.
Essential Functions- Operate CNC machine tools, including 3-, 4-, and 5-axis mills and lathes.
- Read and interpret engineered blueprints and technical drawings.
- Perform accurate measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments.
- Monitor machine operations and adjust as needed to maintain tight tolerances.
- Apply problem‑solving and machining technical skills to improve part quality.
- Compare machine setup parameters with setup sheets and specifications.
- Follow all safety and workmanship standards in a high‑precision environment.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
- Maintain accurate production, maintenance, and inspection records per AS9100.
- Verify conformity of machined parts against specifications.
- Deburr parts and ensure smooth, accurate edges.
- Understand and interpret basic G‑code programming.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and production‑ready at all times.
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- CNC machining certificate or technical/vocational training preferred.
Experience:
- 1–5 years of machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work instructions.
- Skilled in math and measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Familiar with aerospace industry standards (AS9100 preferred).
Computer
Skills:
- Familiarity with CAD, CAM, MRP, and ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Other Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Adherence to OSHA, ITAR, NADCAP, ISO
9000/AS9100, and FAA standards. - Internal certifications such as Forklift, Slings/Cranes
, or FPV may be required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for 8–12 hours per shift
. - Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs regularly
. - Tolerate a manufacturing environment with noise, vibration, and temperature changes.
- Must wear PPE (safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection).
Work Environment
- Production floor environment with moderate noise levels.
- Safety‑Sensitive Position under Oklahoma law.
