Schedule1st
Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM2nd
Shift: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AMMonday – Friday with required overtime, including Saturdays as needed
Job Duties Assist with general shop and production duties
Use hand and power tools
Measure materials using a tape measure
Assist with machine operation and manufacturing processes
Assist skilled employees with assembly and production tasks
Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
Move and organize materials throughout the facility
Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow safety procedures and production instructions
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
Mechanically inclined with an interest in learning manufacturing equipment and processes
Experience using hand and power tools
Experience operating machinery or production equipment preferred
Ability to read and use a tape measure
Ability to read blueprints preferred
Must be dependable and willing to work required overtime
Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility
Ability to lift and perform physical shop duties
Forklift and overhead crane experience is a plus Strong work ethic and positive attitude
