Production Manager

You will oversee the daily production of small heat exchangers across Coring, Lacing, CTC and Brazing, drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement, and manage the hourly team to meet customer demand.
You will ensure a safe, efficient, and on-time production environment, supervise shifts, coordinate attendance, and collaborate with HR on staffing
