American Staff Corp is seeking a Box Header Welder Trainee to learn plate fitting, layout and weld industrial steel header boxes used in manufacturing air coolers and heat exchangers. You will read blueprints and prep metal to support certified welders.
You will gain hands-on experience with MIG stringer and Flux-core welding, operate basic fabrication tools, and follow strict ASME and AWS standards while maintaining safety in a heavy-industrial environment.
