Registered Nurse - Med Surg

Contract: 13 weeks with possible extension

Schedule: 3x12s | Days (flexible with night shift if needed, but not required)

EMR: Cerner

Attire: Navy blue scrubs

• Deliver direct nursing care to adult and pediatric patients in a Med-Surg environment
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor vital signs
• Document care accurately in the Cerner EMR system
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, patients, and families
• Respond to changes in patient condition and perform rapid assessments
• Maintain a safe and clean patient care environment while following all policies and protocols
• Participate in orientation, unit procedures, and ongoing quality initiatives
• Support the unit by being flexible with shift needs as appropriate

• Minimum 3 years of Med Surg RN experience
• Active Oklahoma or Compact RN license
• Certifications:
  
  BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
• Must be able to work day shifts (flexibility for nights is a plus)
• Experience caring for pediatric patients is preferred
