Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN position with Aveanna Healthcare. • One-to-one patient care in a home environment
• Execution of physicians prescribed plan of care and compliant documentation of care provided
• Administration of prescribed medications, treatments and therapies
• Patient assessments and coordination of care
• Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state of practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component) – Aveanna can assist in obtaining after hire if necessary
• TB skin test current within last 12 months
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
