We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Tru Heart Home Health
- Tulsa. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our patients in their homes, promoting independence, comfort, and well-being. • Conduct physical examinations, assessments, and evaluations to determine patient needs and develop individualized care plans

• Implement and monitor patient care plans, including medication administration, wound care, and IV therapy

• Educate patients and families on disease management, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and services

• Document patient information, treatment plans, and progress accurately and timely

• Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling and charting, to ensure efficient record-keeping

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing for RN

• One or more years of experience in home health agency or hospital setting

• Current Oklahoma RN license, CPR, driver's license, and auto insurance

• Ability to lift, stand, and walk for extended periods

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
