What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll manage and grow a key territory serving greenhouse and nursery operations across the Lower Mainland.

You will:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with greenhouse growers, nursery owners, and industry partners
• Visit customer sites to understand their needs and recommend tailored irrigation and water-management solutions
• Develop a proactive growth plan to expand Delta Watertec’s presence in the greenhouse and nursery market
• Prepare quotes, manage deals through CRM, and support customers from first conversation to project completion
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, technical, and operations) to ensure successful delivery of solutions
• Stay informed on horticulture trends, new irrigation technologies, and funding programs impacting growers
• Represent Delta Watertec at industry events, trade shows, and local horticulture associations
