Position:
Diesel Mechanic / Fleet Technician

We’re looking for a versatile, skilled mechanic who can maintain and repair a mixed fleet of:

• Heavy‑duty diesel trucks
• Light‑duty pickups and service vans
• Trailers and tow‑behind equipment
• Skid steers, mini‑excavators, and construction equipment
• Generators and small engines (as needed)

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair diesel and gas engines
• Perform preventative maintenance and DOT‑level inspections
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues
• Complete brake, suspension, and drivetrain repairs
• Maintain accurate service records
• Keep the shop organized, safe, and efficient

Who We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of diesel or fleet mechanic experience
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your workflow
• Experience with both heavy‑duty and light‑duty vehicles
• Welding/fabrication experience is a plus
• Clean driving record
• A team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, supportive environment
• Someone committed to safety, quality, and personal growth
