• Read and interpret blueprints with accuracy to ensure precise panel layout and installation.
• Install custom metal panels efficiently, ensuring a seamless, high-quality finish.
• Perform quality control checks to maintain superior craftsmanship and compliance with project specifications.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, both on-site and in the shop, following company and OSHA guidelines.
• Collaborate with the installation team to complete projects on time and within scope.
• Maintain detailed job reports and document progress throughout each project.
• Adapt to different work environments, including shop fabrication and field installations.
• Work overtime as necessary to meet project deadlines.

• Proven experience installing exterior ACM, IMP, and HPL panels for commercial and industrial projects required.
• Strong ability to read and follow blueprints and instructions with precision.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, including reading tape measures and using drills and chop saws.
• Comfortable working at heights, handling materials, and performing physical tasks—including lifting up to 75 lbs., climbing ladders, bending, stooping, and reaching as part of daily tasks.
• Willing to work at the shop and in the field.
• Previous experience and comfortability with operating aerial lifts and other construction equipment.
• Reliable, committed to maintaining a strong work ethic, and punctual—on time for work each day!
• Keen attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
• Demonstrate commitment to safety protocols, both on-site and in the shop, following company and OSHA guidelines.
• Analytical Skills—the ability to use logic and reasoning to troubleshoot, adapt, and solve problems.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
