Position: Resident Assistant or CNA

Schedule: Part-Time, 7 AM - 3 PM, 3 days a week

Pay Range: $16.00/hr - $18.00/hr (based on experience and skills)

As a Resident Assistant, you will provide compassionate care and build meaningful relationships with residents, assisting with activities of daily living and participating in community programs. You will support residents’ physical, social, and emotional well-being according to individual care plans.

• Build positive relationships with residents and their families
• Support residents in adopting a successful aging lifestyle
• Assist with daily activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, transfers, laundry, etc.)

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certified Nursing Assistant certification preferred but not required
• Experience working with older adults preferred
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and wear PPE safely
