• Implement programming that supports successful aging and memory care for residents.
• Create and facilitate activities that enhance intellectual, spiritual, social, and physical abilities.
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and support residents’ needs.

• High school diploma (minimum).
• On‑the‑job training provided; passion to support older adults preferred.
• Driving license required if bus operation is applicable.
• Experience in senior‑living or related industry preferred.
• Experience as an activities assistant preferred.
