Job Description:The ideal candidate for the Logistics Coordinator will be motivated, a self‑starter, coachable and eager to develop the tools / knowledge it takes to learn the trucking industry and build a successful book of business. This position will go through a 90-day training program.
Responsibilities:- Identifying potential customers by utilizing our proprietary CRM
- Developing strong customer relationships with daily communication via email/phone
- Keeping up with Market Trends
- Negotiating pricing with clients/vendors
- Resolving problems and offering solutions
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to remain resilient/calm in a fast paced and competitive environment
- Understands the importance of self‑motivation, time‑management, and organizational skills
