Job Summary: OSM Group is looking for a talented Product Development Engineer to design, develop, and enhance our products. The ideal candidate will work closely with various departments to ensure products meet company standards and customer expectations. This role involves creating prototypes, conducting tests, and refining designs to achieve optimal performance and quality.

• Design: Create and develop product designs using CAD and other engineering tools.
• Prototyping: Develop and test prototypes to ensure efficiency and functionality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with manufacturing, quality assurance, and marketing teams to integrate product requirements.
• Testing: Conduct analytical, environmental, and functional tests on prototypes.
• Material Selection: Identify and select appropriate materials for production.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.
