Position: Process Engineer OSM Manufacturing Philippines Corporation

Job Summary

OSM Group is looking for a talented Process Engineer to optimize and improve manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and refine systems to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure product quality. This role involves close collaboration with various departments to develop innovative solutions and maintain high standards of safety and environmental compliance.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • System Design: Design, run, test, and upgrade systems and processes to improve production rates and quality.
  • Data Analysis: Perform process simulations and conduct risk assessments to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed process documentation and operating instructions.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and training to staff and junior engineers.
  • Compliance: Ensure all processes comply with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other engineers and specialists to develop products and optimize processes.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Analytical

    Skills:

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess process performance and identify improvements.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure processes meet all specifications and standards.
