Responsibilities- Assembly of packaging prototypes for consumer testing
- Participating in the process of managing new tooling development
- Understanding and learning to push Division + Operations + Vendors adherence to key dates
- Learning and applying the ability to anticipate and elevate blocking points to ensure meeting deadlines and major launches
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
- 1-3 years of proven experience in package engineering & development; preferably in cosmetics or related fields
- Strong PC skills; MS Office (e.g. PowerPoint)
- Meticulous with design details and attention to quality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with sensitivity to a diverse global culture
