Suitable for candidates with 5+ experience in US personal tax.
As a key member of the team, you will look after many of our key clients, ensuring tax compliance and advisory needs are met to the highest standards. You will help junior staff, share knowledge, and collaborate with Directors on complex technical challenges.
You will have the complete support of the wider American Tax Return team of Enrolled Agents and CPAs as well have the possibility to work in UK tax within Oury Clark.

RequirementsRequirements
:
Enrolled Agent, CPA, or studying for one of these
- Manage a portfolio of US personal tax clients
- Oversee the preparation and filing of US federal and state tax returns
- Review individual US tax returns for a varied private client portfolio
- Handle both compliance and advisory work for the portfolio
- Stay up to date on US tax for research and advice
- US tax reporting
- Build and maintain relationships with both clients and colleagues
- 5+ years of experience within US tax
- EA or CPA qualified (or studying for these)
- Strong technical US tax knowledge
- Familiarity with US tax rules for UK income and investments
- Passionate about helping clients
- Ability to produce a high quality of work
- Previous experience with US taxation of foreign companies and partnerships and is preferred but not required
- Although not required, this role would also suit a dual-handler
- Previous experience training junior members of a team.
