We’re looking for a Cosmetovigilance Scientist to join our Post Market Safety & Cosmetovigilance team in Clark, NJ
!

💻 Work Setup: Hybrid – 2 days WFH after initial on-site training

As part of our U.S. Post Market Safety group, you’ll play a key role in monitoring and evaluating Adverse Events (AEs) for our OTC and Cosmetic products — ensuring every product meets the highest standards of safety and compliance.

• Review, process, and code Adverse Event reports for OTC & Cosmetic products.
• Enter data, perform MedDRA coding, and complete detailed case narratives.
• Collaborate with global safety teams on data validation, reporting, and analysis.
• Reconcile and resolve discrepancies in safety databases (Salesforce & internal PMS).
• Support quality investigations, FDA correspondence, and documentation management.
• Help train new team members and keep SOPs and processes up to date.

• BS or MS in Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in pharmacovigilance or post-marketing safety.
• Experience with MedDRA coding and U.S. regulatory requirements preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and data accuracy.
• Great communication and teamwork skills — comfortable working independently too!
