• Location: Somerset & Union Counties, NJ
• Position: ABA Behavior Technician/RBT
• Compensation: $20–30/hr (based on experience)
• Type: Part‑Time (15–20 hrs/week)
• Shifts: Afternoons/Evenings (3–4 hrs/day, vary by client)

Somerset County:

• Bound Brook:
  Monday–Friday: 4–7 PM

Union County:

• Linden:
  Monday–Friday: 3:30–6:30 PM
• Union:
  Monday: 7:30–9:30 PM;
  Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday: 4–8 PM
• Hillside:
  Monday–Friday: 4–7 PM or 3–6:15 PM
• Plainfield:
  Monday–Friday: 4–6:30/7 PM

• As an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT, you’ll deliver individualized ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Help build communication, play, social, and daily living skills.
• Work in homes or community settings across NJ, NY, or NM.

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Build skills, manage behaviors, foster independence.
• Collaborate with families and staff on treatment plans.
• Offer encouragement and care during sessions.
• Create a safe, structured learning environment.
• Collect and record data to guide treatment.
• Participate in supervision and grow as an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT.

• High School Diploma (college preferred).
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; pass background & reference checks.
• Meet physical requirements: active movement, standing, and play‑based activities.
• Experience with children/autism preferred.
• Reliable transportation, strong communication, and technology comfort.

• Supervision hours toward RBT/BCBA certification.
