Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join a dynamic team in a skilled nursing facility. The candidate should be licensed in their state and capable of evaluating and treating independently, with a passion for geriatric care and improving residents’ mobility and well-being.
