Chinese Interpreter – Supply Chain Support
Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and fluent Chinese Interpreter to support our Supply Chain team in facilitating effective communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders. The ideal candidate will provide real-time interpretation during meetings, calls, and site visits, ensuring clarity and cultural accuracy. This role is critical in bridging language gaps and enhancing collaboration across international teams and partners.

• Provide consecutive and/or simultaneous interpretation between Mandarin Chinese and English during meetings, video calls, and supplier interactions.
• Support the Supply Chain team in discussions with Chinese-speaking vendors, manufacturers, and logistics providers.
• Interpret during factory visits, audits, and inspections to ensure accurate understanding of technical and operational details.
• Assist in preparing bilingual meeting notes and summaries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messages are conveyed clearly and appropriately.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive business information.
• Help identify and resolve potential cultural or communication barriers.

• Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Strong understanding of supply chain terminology and business practices.
• Excellent listening, memory, and note-taking skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities.
• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
• Certification in interpretation is a plus.
