A Day in the LifeAs our Director of Project Management for the Consumer Products Division S&OP team, you will be a pivotal leader within our Operations team based in Clark, New Jersey. You will orchestrate high-impact, transformative initiatives that enhance our supply chain's efficiency and responsiveness, ensuring we can rapidly meet market demands and drive growth.
Your Responsibilities Will Include- Leading Strategic Projects:
You will steer the division's most critical supply chain initiatives from planning to execution, including the NEO (SAP) implementation for S&OP, plant technology transfers, and optimizing our supply network for broad retail distribution. - Driving Agility:
You will spearhead "Responsiveness for Growth" (R4G) projects within the S&OP framework, enhancing our speed-to-market and our ability to scale for new product launches and promotional activities. - Optimizing Global Inventory:
You will strategically manage inter-zone stock transfers (depanage) to balance inventory levels across the globe, collaborating closely with international teams to ensure seamless product flow and respond to supply disruptions. - Shaping Future Strategy:
You will be instrumental in long-term planning by providing data-driven analysis for budget cycles and the 3-Year Plan, conducting comprehensive sizing analyses to prepare our supply chain for future growth.

Someone Who Has- A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of diverse experience in supply chain management, particularly within a fast-moving consumer goods environment.
- Strategic Business Acumen to develop long-term plans that align with commercial ambitions.
- Exceptional Project Management skills to guide cross-functional initiatives to success.
- An agile mindset to Drive for Results in a fast-paced market.
- The ability to Influence & Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, globally.
- Strong Data-Driven Decision-Making capabilities to conduct in-depth analysis and provide actionable insights.
- Possess well-developed communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills to be able to build strong work relationships with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to synthesize information and create a clear synopsis of key issues.
- Possess strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks, and work independently.
- Ensure attention to detail.
- Demonstrate professional judgment and sound decision-making skills.
- Demonstrate success in persuasion, influence and negotiation skills.

- Salary Range: $138,500– $200,800 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
