• Work with Curion and client teams on contract and program development
• Manage a small dedicated offsite team of consumer recruitment and logistics staff (including programmers and recruiters)
• Work with the client lead and cross‑functional partners to manage the program, project scope and screener development as applicable.
• Coordinate internal Curion Partnership Solutions and external Curion resources to ensure quality and timely delivery of results.
• Stay current with company offerings and industry trends
• Be a mentor to developing team members by encouraging curiosity and growth

• Collaborate with client scientists and Curion on project scope
• Coordinate new requests to determine feasibility, develop study timelines and proposals which include incentive costs
• Attend all meetings that pertain to major decision making for all projects
• Ensure ongoing project management, including adherence to budgets and contractual requirements, project planning/scheduling, monitoring consumer recruitment progress and study questionnaire completion, execution, issue resolution, and incentive processing, alerting client scientists when targets are at risk.
• Ensure recruitment screeners are drafted to target desired inclusion and exclusion criteria.
• Provide regular updates through dashboard reports related to panel growth/utilization
• Set in place and adhere to testing protocols according to best practices
• Create templated Excel files, updating Net Suite and sending complete files to Curion finance to be processed through Tremendous for payment.
• Update Sales Orders with incentive amounts for each project to assist Insights Director with billing.
• Create and execute learning tools to transfer knowledge to direct reports and/or colleagues
• Perform consumer recruitment data analysis and craft reports for client project leads/scientists and present results as needed (study volumes, fill rates, etc)
• Provide supervision, technical direction, development and mentoring to direct reports.
• Work flexible hours to accommodate research execution needs
• Determine appropriate use of any of Curion’s added‑value support (e.g., recruiting, statistical, analytical, design, etc.)
• Work collaboratively with Curion consumer marketing and operations team to track panel growth/engagement strategies and return on investment
• Lead new data collection platform (Red Jade) implementation, ensuring client satisfaction and research best practices are maintained through execution in the new platform
• Oversee the collection of study data in Red Jade, providing support to the Curion programming and project management team members, ensuring the client’s questionnaire guidelines are adhered to, and testing links to check for quality prior to launch.
• Assist with first level escalations should there be challenges in field related to Red Jade data collection.
• Collaborate across all levels and functions, including but not limited to:
• Lead Project Update Meetings with the client and Curion teams
• Insights Manager
• Supervise recruitment for home use studies
• ARCs troubleshooting
• Incentive payments
• Troubleshooting participant issues and complaints
• SOP creation and maintenance

• Minimum 3 years of Consumer Research and/or Sensory Science project experience, including experience designing screening questionnaires.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sensory Science, Food Science, Psychology, Neuroscience, or related research field
• 2+ years in project team leadership function/role or management
• Experience in fundamentals of business analytics and reporting on key performance metrics
