The Foster Grandparent Program is seeking a part-time Field Coordinator to recruit, screen, and support Foster Grandparent volunteers (age 55+). This role involves community outreach, volunteer onboarding, and coordination across a four-county service area.
Key Duties- Conduct community outreach and program presentations
- Support volunteer placement and program compliance
- Travel within a four-county service area
Position will require 25–29 hours per week and is considered an IPERS eligible position
Qualifications- Associate degree in marketing, communications, or related field and/or experience working with adults 55+
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid Iowa driver’s license and reliable transportation
