• Active, unencumbered RN license in the state where the clinician will practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (hands‑on component) – Aveanna can assist in obtaining if necessary.
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Preferably six months of hands‑on nursing experience, but not required.
• Reliable transportation.
