Job Summary:

OSM Group is seeking a detail-oriented Project Quality Engineer to ensure the highest standards of quality in our projects. The ideal candidate will develop and implement quality plans, conduct inspections, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues. This role involves maintaining compliance with industry standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• Quality Planning: Develop and implement project-specific quality plans and procedures to ensure adherence to quality standards and customer requirements.
• Inspections and Audits: Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential quality issues and non-compliance.
• Issue Resolution: Support operations to resolve technical issues and implement corrective and preventive actions for products.
• Data Analysis: Detect assignable causes of variation and implement means to reduce or control effects of variation on process or product output.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of quality assurance activities and findings.
• Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and coordinate quality and process improvement initiatives to enhance product, processes, and systems.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and other departments to communicate quality standards and resolve issues.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in a project-based environment.
