Responsibilities include preparing food according to recipes and standards, maintaining safety and cleanliness, setting up equipment, and verifying stock levels.
- Prepare menu items as per recipes and presentation standards.
- Complete all prep work assigned.
- Set up work stations according to diagrams.
- Follow sanitary and safety protocols at all times.
- Clean and sanitize work areas before, during, and after shifts.
- Complete daily and weekly cleaning tasks.
Qualified candidates should have excellent communication skills, be able to lift 25-50 lbs., stand for the entire shift, and be mobile throughout the shift.
The minimum age for this position is 18.
