Job Description

Join Target as an On-Demand Guest Advocate (Cashier) in General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, and Style. The starting hourly rate is $17.50 USD per hour, with a pay range of $17.50 - $26.25 USD per hour.

As a Guest Advocate, you will provide exceptional guest service, including welcoming and thanking guests, resolving issues, and promoting Target's products and services. You will work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to different situations and interacting with guests to build an inclusive experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Demonstrating a service culture that prioritizes guest experience
• Creating a welcoming environment by greeting guests and engaging with them to solve their needs
• Scanning and bagging guest items efficiently and accurately
• Maintaining a clean and clutter-free work area
• Supporting guest services, such as order pick-up and drive-up orders
• Working independently and as part of a team
