Associate Attorney

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will support senior attorneys, manage an active caseload, conduct legal research, draft documents, and represent clients in various legal matters. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.

• Provide legal support across all stages of case management, including research, drafting, discovery, negotiations, and court appearances.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare memoranda, briefs, motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Manage assigned caseload efficiently while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
• Assist in developing case strategies and identifying potential legal issues or risks.
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings as required.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and internal teams.
• Organize and manage case files, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to legal procedures.
• Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and legal precedents relevant to practice areas.

$70,000 - $100,000 a year.

This position also features bonuses.
