United Talent Staffing is actively recruiting motivated, reliable Production/Assembly Worker for a well‑established plastics production facility in Clarksburg, WV. This opportunity offers steady hours, weekly pay, and the chance to grow into a long‑term manufacturing career.

• Operate machinery and tools to assemble plastic coat hangers
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Package, label, and prepare materials for shipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all production processes, safety policies, and company procedures
• Work efficiently in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting

• 1st Shift: Monday–Saturday | 7:30am–3:30pm | $10.75/hr
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Saturday | 3:30pm–11:30pm | $12.00/hr
• 3rd Shift: Monday–Saturday | 11:30pm–7:30am | $13.25/hr

• Consistent 5 days on / 2 days off rotation
• Overtime available depending on production needs

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Team‑oriented mindset and positive attitude
• Dependable with consistent attendance
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful, but not required
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

• Weekly pay via direct deposit or pay card
