United Talent Staffing is actively recruiting motivated, reliable Production/Assembly Worker for a well‑established plastics production facility in Clarksburg, WV. This opportunity offers steady hours, weekly pay, and the chance to grow into a long‑term manufacturing career.
What You’ll Do- Operate machinery and tools to assemble plastic coat hangers
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Package, label, and prepare materials for shipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all production processes, safety policies, and company procedures
- Work efficiently in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting
- 1st Shift: Monday–Saturday | 7:30am–3:30pm | $10.75/hr
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Saturday | 3:30pm–11:30pm | $12.00/hr
- 3rd Shift: Monday–Saturday | 11:30pm–7:30am | $13.25/hr
- Consistent 5 days on / 2 days off rotation
- Overtime available depending on production needs
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Team‑oriented mindset and positive attitude
- Dependable with consistent attendance
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful, but not required
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Weekly pay via direct deposit or pay card
