This is a great opportunity to join a growing non-profit community hospital with a supportive and transformational executive team, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care and department operations.

• Manage an 8-bed ED with 15,000 annual visits, offering a mix of medical, surgical, and some trauma exposure.

• Lead a team of 25+ FTEs, including two Clinical Coordinators, in a collaborative environment.

• Guide the hospital through Shared Governance and Pathways to Excellence designation.

• Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for the ED - well supported by a team of 2 Clinical ER Coordinators.

• Lead and mentor a skilled nursing team, fostering collaboration and growth.

• Drive clinical excellence and implement process improvements.

• 3+ years of progressive ED nursing leadership experience (Clinical Supervisor/Assistant Nurse Manager level and above).

• Minimum of 5+ years total ED nursing experience.

• Strong leadership, communication, and accountability skills.

• Salary: Up to $128,000 annually, based on experience.

• Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000.
