LPN - Behavioral Health

3 nights a week, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, weekdays, every other weekend.

We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health/Psych LPN to join our team, providing care to adult patients. The ideal candidate will support the nursing staff in delivering essential health services and ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment.

• Monitor and assess patient behavior and progress
• Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Support patients with daily living activities
• Document patient care and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings

• Minimum of 1 year RN experience required
• Valid RN license, West Virginia or Compact license (pending license acceptable)
• Certifications:
  
  BCLS, CPI, First Aid (CPI/First Aid can be obtained during orientation)
