Expo is to work during busy peak periods in conjunction with both our kitchen and service departments as a link ensuring food is made correctly and delivered to tables in a timely manner. Ensures quality product is going out at all times.

• Possesses proficient knowledge of the menu.
• Coordinates checks sold from the kitchen, garnishes food per spec, provides direct & clear communication with kitchen.
• Possesses enhanced attention to detail characteristics.
• Communicates errors or remakes of dishes efficiently.
• Ensures food from the expo area is quickly taken to each table or the bar area.
• Restocks expo area and prepares supplies for shift change and/or closing shifts.
• Adheres to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures throughout shift.
• Completes opening, shift change, and closing checklists found in multi-colored wall units as well as weekly and monthly cleaning tasks.
• Performs other duties as needed per coach request.

• Ability to write and read the English language.
• Good communication skills, friendly, and people oriented.
• Enthusiastic, dependable, courteous, able to multitask.
• Possesses basic math skills.

• Stands 100% of the shift.
• Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and wiping.
• Able to deliver food, beverages, and clear tables which may require lifting as much as 50 lbs.
