• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid region/market security license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• Knowledge of retail security systems and criminal civil proceeding process is an asset.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

• Build awareness and inspire by performing as a role model and executing the Saks OFF 5TH customer experience.
• Engage in store‑wide communication regarding Asset Protection best practices, training, and safety meetings.
• Contribute to local shortage strategy, audits, and ensure physical security standards are maintained.
• Detect and detain shoplifters and complete related documentation applying the five stages of arrest.
• Identify opportunities for improving Asset Protection strategies and compile audit reports for senior leadership.
• Achieve investigative performance targets and complete accident investigations and general liability claims reports.
• Respond to after‑hours alarm calls and emergency situations.
